POSITION: Web Developer – Retail, Detroit, MI.
SUMMARY: Our client is one of the largest retail distributors of outdoor products. As a key member, the Web Developer will create, design, and integrate a new website from scratch. This entails full life cycle development utilizing your ASP.NET, MVC, C#. JavaScript, JQuery, Web Standards-compliant HTML/XHTML, CSS, and relational databases expertise. Heavy user interface thru out the organization, and the driving force in executing additional traffic to the newly created website.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree, or some college coursework and current work experience. 5+ years of ASP.NET, MVC, C#, JavaScript, JQuery, Web Standards-compliant HTML/XHTML, CSS, and relational databases expertise. Retail industry applications and software experience. Must have strong expertise in web development (from scratch) expertise with strong application integration within a multi-platforms environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual skills, and must be detail oriented with outstanding presentation. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong desire to succeed and ability to work under pressure.
