POSITION: Human Resources Generalist – HRIS Expert – Chicago, IL.
Summary: Client is a global/national Retail / Manufacturing company. We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with strong HRIS applications expertise. The HRIS expert to design, develop and implement customized queries and reports. Develop and deliver training curriculums, heavy interface with IT and end-users to create, update and maintain various level reporting solutions. Gather and analyze information about reporting needs, objectives, functions and features. Perform various HR Generalist duties for the Corporate Office: Oversee Staffing Needs, Company Policies, and Administer Compensation and Benefits.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field. 3 to 10 years of HR Generalist experience. Must have a strong technical background utilizing HRIS applications. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Access. Advanced skills in Excel which include pivot tables, vlookups and macros. Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual skills, and must be detail oriented with outstanding presentation. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong desire to succeed and ability to work under pressure.
LOCATION: Southwest – Chicago, IL. JOB TYPE: Permanent
