POSITION: HIGH-TECH MEDICAL DEVICE MARKETING MANAGER
SUMMARY: Our client is a global leader organization that successfully develops “High-Tech” non-invasive medical / clinical treatment products focusing on better healthcare delivery within the community. As a key member, the Marketing Manager Function: Primary objective is engaging clients/prospects in taking full advantage of the rich features of the “High-Tech” surgery devices and treatment programs to their maximum potential. High visibility, heavy interface, as a Marketing liaison to the Sales Department and Interacting with clients/prospects (private physicians, clinical professionals, and multi-facility complex organizations) capturing their business needs and expectations. You will manage all elements of the strategic marketing mix, including regional and national events planning and execution, market analysis, press relations, promotional activities / advertising, customer marketing and implementation, web strategies, branding activities, and data analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance or equivalent related field. MBA or MHA is a plus. 8+ years of extensive medical /clinical product knowledge, with emphasis on strong marketing / sales experience. Working knowledge in Healthcare operations. Business Sector understanding helpful within radiation therapy, oncology, and surgery. Extensive national events planning and execution, press relations, promotional activities, advertising, customer marketing, web strategies, branding activities, and data analysis experience. Must be willing to travel to client sites on a national basis as required (may be frequent) approximately 90% of the time. Bilingual: Spanish a plus.
