POSITION: HIGH-TECH MEDICAL DEVICE IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
SUMMARY: Our client is a global leader organization that successfully develops “High-Tech” non-invasive medical / clinical treatment products focusing on better healthcare delivery within the community. As a key member, the Device Implementation Specialist Function: High visibility and heavy interface performing in-depth product demonstrations and assessing technical needs to clients/prospects. Clearly articulating the benefits of the “High-Tech” products to all levels and lines of business (private physicians, clinical professionals, and multi-facility complex organizations). Assuring an in-depth understanding on how to use the surgery devices and treatment programs to their maximum potential. Technical liaison to the Sales Department and Interacting with customers to capture their business needs and expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Medical, Healthcare, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of extensive medical /clinical product knowledge, with emphasis on strong sales, product implementation /demonstration experience. Business Sector understanding helpful within radiation therapy, oncology, and surgery. Strong ability to interact with clients and project sales team (both internal and external) to understand requirements, products benefits, and execute deliverables. Excellent project management skills, outstanding presentation, and report writing skills. Extensive experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision to implementation. Must be willing to travel to client sites on a national basis as required (may be frequent) approximately 90% of the time.
